Creating classes and adding and editing students in 95 RAP™ App

TO CREATE A CLASS

1. Click on Create a Class

2. Type Class Name

Using your last name to start your class name is best practice.

(This way all of your classes will be grouped together in full school lists.)

3. Complete Start and End Time

You can use the clock (right side of the field) to select the time from a drop-down.

4. [optional] Click on Advanced for advanced options

Advanced Options include mastery count and setting component times.

5. Click on Create

TO DELETE CLASS / MAKE INACTIVE

6. Click on Manage

7. Click on Settings Button

8. Click on Advanced

9. Click on Delete*

(*A class can only be deleted if it has never met for a session. If the class has met for one or more sessions, the class needs to be set to Inactive vs Deleted. See instructions for inactive below.)

Click on Delete


Mark a class inactive: If a class already has student data create, the cannot be deleted and must be marked as inactive instead.


10. Check Inactive

To change the class status from Active to InactiveCheck Inactive


Adding and Creating Students in HillRAP Web App


1. TO ADD A STUDENT

2. Click on Manage

4. Search for students in your school

If a student has been part of a HillRAP group (either on our previous app, or our new web app), the student should be available to be added to your class.

6. Once the student has been added IN CLASS will be displayed

7. TO CREATE A STUDENT

9. Complete Student Information, Click on Create

10. TO EDIT A STUDENT

14. TO REMOVE A STUDENT FROM A CLASS
