Installing on Chromebooks using Google Admin management 

  1. In your Google Admin console (at admin.google.com)...

  2. Go to Devices > Chrome.

  3. Click Apps & extensions. (pictured at link)

  4. Click Users & browsers, Kiosks, or Managed guest sessions.

  5. (Users only) To apply the setting to a group, do the following:

    1. Select Groups.

    2. Select the group to which you want to apply the setting.

  6. To apply the setting to everyone, leave the top organizational unit selected. Otherwise, select a child organizational unit.

  7. If you haven’t already, add the web app:

    1. Click Yellow Add button and then Add by URL Add by URL. (pictured at link )

    2. Enter the URL. https://rap.one95.app (pictured at link )

    3. Select Separate Window (pictured at link )

    4. Click Save. 

  8. Go to the app that you want to automatically install. (pictured at link )

  9. Under Installation policy, choose Force install + pin. (pictured at link )

  10. Click Save.
