Checking Version
To verify your current version of 95 RAP, complete the following instructions.
95 RAP Login Pages
Before logging in via https://rap.one95.app, the 95 RAP version you are operating on can be found in the bottom right-hand corner of both the homepage and the teacher login page.
95 RAP In App
Once you have logged in, the 95 RAP version you are operating on can be found in the bottom right-hand corner of most pages in the platform.
Note: You may need to scroll down to locate the version number.
Version Updates
The 95 RAP app is a website and should automatically update to the latest version for teacher and student devices.
If the app did not automatically update, complete the following instructions.
Note: It is advisable to launch 95 RAP on the Safari browser for iPads, and Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge browsers on MacBooks, Chromebooks, and other laptops.
Safari on the iPad
Force quit Safari on the iPad (i.e., double press the Home button and swipe the Safari window up) or restart the iPad entirely.
MacBook/Chromebook or Laptop Browser
Hold down the Ctrl or Shift keys while clicking on the refresh icon in the browser or right-click on the page and select Reload (if using Google Chrome) or Refresh (if using Microsoft Edge).
MacBook/Chromebook or Laptop App
Close the 95 RAP app entirely (i.e., double press the Home button and swipe the 95 RAP window up) and reload it.
