Keyboard and Menus not appearing (iPad only)

Modified on Sun, 10 Sep, 2023 at 3:28 PM

If the keyboard or menus are not appearing in the new 95RAP Web-based app on the student or teacher iPads, try the following:

1. Update your iPad to the latest version of the IOS
(You may need your tech support staff to do this if the iPad is managed)

2. Change the Reduce Motion options
in Settings>Accessibility>Turn on Reduce Motion and Prefer Cross-Fade Transitions. If turning Reduce Motion and Prefer Cross-Fade Transitions are already on, try turning them on. There are reports that this causes changes in the keyboard and menu behavior.

5. Delete 95RAP App from the home screen and try as web page in Safari
To do this, press and hold the HillRAP App shortcut icon on the home screen, once it starts to wiggle, tap the minus sign. Then launch Safari and enter the URL: https://rap.one95.app.
Once you've had success with the keyboard  using a web page in Safari, you can then reinstall the app using this solution article: Installing the 95RAP Web App

Please try these steps and share any feedback you have so we can share it with other users.
