Please try these options to troubleshoot issues related to logging in and let me know what type of device you are using and if any of these troubleshooting steps worked.
Option 1: Are you experiencing this problem on an iPad, Chromebook, or other devices?
- If iPad, are you experiencing this in installed mode within Safar or when accessing a normal web page in Safari?
- If installed within Safari, try connecting like a typical website by launching Safari and typing the URL https://rap.one95.app.
- If it works when accessing a typical website versus an installed one, please continue using a normal one until resolved.
- Please reply to this message telling us if logging in works after these steps.
Option 2: You can test if the school Internet access is causing the issue by logging in when not on the school network, such as using a different Wi-Fi network (i.e., teacher Wi-Fi or student Wi-Fi), an approved hotspot, or home network.
- If you have a problem logging in successfully to the 95 RAP Web app only on your school network, allowing the 95 RAP Web URL on the school network, Wi-Fi, and teacher and student devices is recommended. Problems can occur when the 95 RAP Web App URL is filtered (fully or partially blocked or certain types of filtering).
- Ask your tech team to explicitly allow the https://rap.one95.app through the firewall, web content filter, or mobile device management system.
- Please reply to this message telling us if logging in works after these steps.
Firewall and Web Filtering is a recommended best practices.
The HillRAP URL must be allowed through the web filter. The address to permit is https://rap.one95.app.
