Data points on the Student Attendance tab

Each student's attendance tab has added data points to display their activity in the 95 RAP class.

Student Activity data point sections: 

• Time Period
• Attendance
  
• Usage Overview
• Component Breakdown
• Calendar

Details for each of these sections are below the image

Time Period

The data points are displayed in one of 3 time periods. The bolded date range changes based on the time period chosen.

• Full Year: school year to date
• Last Month: last 30 days
• Last Week: last 7 days

Attendance

• Attendance tile
  • percentage: based on days present
  • fraction: days present / days class was held
• Tardy tile
  • percentage: days tardy
  • fraction: days tardy / days present

Usage Overview

These data points give an overview of how this student has used the 95 RAP Web App based on the time period chosen.

• Total Days
• AVG Min Per Day
• AVG Days Per Week

Component Breakdown (average minutes per day)

These averages only include days where there is data for the component and are based on the class data points for sessions when the student was present.

• Drill
• PHA: Phonological Awareness - Once students master all skills in PHA, this time can be allocated to other components.
• WAT: Word Attack 
• SPL: Spelling - Not every class is able to work Spelling into their schedule.

Calendar

Scroll left and right to view the days the student was present, tardy, and absent for 95 RAP with this class each month.
