Downloading Skill Tracking Reports

Skill tracking reports can be downloaded at any time in 95 RAP™.  

 

Reports can be downloaded in English or Spanish. The process is identical for downloading reports in either language. 

 

Downloading Reports

 

There are two places to download a skill tracking report for a student in 95 RAP:  

 

  • The class page 
  • The student’s Skills tab 

 

Class Page

 

To download reports from the class page, complete the following instructions. 

 

1. Click on Manage next to the class from the My Classes page. 



2. Click the ellipsis menu within the tile of the desired student. 

 

3. Select Skill Tracking Report from the drop-down. 

 

4. Complete the Download a Skill Tracking Report modal. 

 

Reference the “Download Settings” section of this article to learn more. 

 

5. Click Download once complete. The PDF will be downloaded locally. 


Skills Tab

 

To download reports from the student’s Skills tab, complete the following instructions. 

 

1. Click on Manage next to the class from the My Classes page. 



2. Click on Manage within the tile of the desired student. 

 

3. Click the Skill Tracking Report button on the right-hand side of the page. 

 

4. Complete the Download a Skill Tracking Report modal.  

 

Reference the “Download Settings” section of this article to learn more. 

 

5. Click Download once complete. The PDF will be downloaded locally. 


Download Settings

 

Skill tracking reports include various information options within the Download a Skill Tracking Report modal. 

 

This modal populates after clicking the Skill Tracking Report button from either the class page or the student’s Skills tab. 



Components 

 

Determine which 95 RAP components should be included in the report. All components are included by default. 

 

Unmark the checkboxes to exclude components from the report. 

 

Additional Options 

 

Parent Letter 

 

Determine whether a parent letter should be included in the skill tracking report by marking the Parent Letter checkbox. Parent letters are excluded by default. 

 

This option provides an explanation cover letter for the student’s caregivers at the beginning of the report. 

 

Spanish Version 

 

Determine whether the skill tracking report should be translated into Spanish by marking the Spanish Version checkbox. Reports are downloaded in English by default. 

 

Click Download once complete. The PDF will be downloaded locally.
