Manually Setting 95 RAP Lists
If you have not had a long lapse in 95 RAP instruction over summer break, you will want to move to the newest school term but do not need to reassess your student that’s currently in instruction. Create your new class in the current term and add the student(s).

Accessing student’s previous term Skill Tracking Report
Select “Manage” for the class.
Find the student and select “Manage”.
Select “Profile”. Scroll down if needed to find the student’s most recent class with data under Class History. Select the “Skill Tracking Report” for that class and download the relevant components. This historical data is what you’ll use to set this student’s lists for the current term.
Manually Setting Lists
Locate the class and select “Start Instruction”.
Manually Setting Lists:
PHA: Review data for each student in the group and select an appropriate starting point. If working one-on-one, find the last current skill.
Tap on the pencil.
Select the skill.
Select “Set as Current List”.
WAT and SPL: Find the last current list on the Skill Tracking Report.
Tap on the gear.
Tap “No” beside assessing.
Tap “Close”
Tap “Yes” to confirm turning off assessment.
Tap on the pencil.
Select the skill.
Select “Set as Baseline”.
*After setting Word Attack, the app will automatically set the appropriate list for Fluency from List and texts for Fluency from Text and Independent Comprehension.
