1. Go to https://rap.one95.app in a web browser on iPad, Chromebook, Windows, or Apple computer (e.g. Safari, Edge, Chrome)
2. Teacher
Select Teacher when logging in.
3. Type in username or email address and password and select Login.
4. Select school
If teaching at multiple schools, select school.
5. Select class.
Tap on Start Instruction to begin session with students
6. Student Management Screen
Once logged into the web app, the landing page will be the student management screen. Components are listed on the left side of the page.
7. Connection Status
The red dot indicates that students are not yet connected to the session. The dot under each name will turn green once students are connected to the session.
8. Tardy
Students may be marked tardy by toggling from no to yes.
9. Attendance
To the right of each student's name, you will see a minus sign. Mark attendance by selecting the minus sign to remove them from class. To add them back into the class, select the plus sign.
10. Student Order
To the right of each student's name, you will see both an up arrow and a down arrow. This allows you to move students to the order in which they are sitting. Select the up arrow to move them up and the down arrow to move them down.
11. Pin Number
The six digit pin changes with each session. Provide this pin to students to allow students to login.
12. Timer
The timer is located in the top right corner of the screen and will keep track of HillRAP session time.
13. Time Usage
When the timer is selected, component times are listed.
14. Save and Exit
Save & Exit allows all student data collected to be saved and stored.
